Getting to the desert
Everything happens on the grounds of The Sands, so settle in and stay a while. Here is everything you need to make the trip easy.
Flying In
Fly into Palm Springs International (PSP). It is the closest and easiest, just minutes from the venue. Alaska flies nonstop from both JFK and Newark.
Ontario (ONT) is a good backup airport about an hour out. We would gently steer you away from LAX, which is a long, busy drive, especially that week.
Getting Around
No rental car needed. Everything for the weekend is right on the resort grounds.
Uber and Lyft run throughout the area, and a venue shuttle will be available for getting to and from the airport and around the property.
Where to Stay
We have reserved the entire Sands Hotel & Spa for our wedding weekend. The whole hotel is ours, so please book your room within our block right here on the property. You will wake up steps from the pool, the palms, and the party.
Reserving early helps us fill the hotel and keeps everyone together under one roof.
